With the poor reputation that has surrounded the wealth management sector over the past few years, trust and performance over the long term are critical. We first defined a vision where investors can balance financial return with sustainable growth through stable but modest returns. It followed that Kestrel’s purpose was to be a long term partner who puts their investors’ capital to work though sound and disciplined investment habits.
In this context we needed to create a clear, precise looking design for Kestrel. A look that conveyed their perceptive, focused, steady character and supported their values of partnership, performance and integrity. With the inherited name lending so many attributes we only needed a visual nudge to bring the identity to life. All the imagery was selected to suggest Kestrel’s view of the world.
